Visit London Images – a new online image library for the capital

Visit London has today launched Visit London Images a new online photo library. The library provides a comprehensive collection of quality images capturing the depth and diversity of the UK capital from classic historical landmarks to contemporary architecture and icons across London’s boroughs. The library also features a host of lifestyle pictures including shopping, restaurants and people enjoying London.
The online resource is the ultimate guide to London in images – with over 1200 photos including 800 new ones. Visit London Images will develop picture galleries of large-scale events that take place in the capital. The first gallery being created is of last weekend’s successful Tour de France spectacular.
Visit London Images has also gathered a selection of 100 London photos which capture the essence of our diverse and vibrant city. These images are free for Visit London partners, travel trade press, conference organisers and journalists promoting London and can be accessed following registration on http://www.visitlondonimages.com
